I went into this dealership just to see what type of vehicle I would like to purchase in the near future as well as to check out the service department as I believe in order for a dealership to be successful they have to an awesome service department that stands behind and looks after the vehicle after its sold. I have to say my visit was very positive. I was speaking with Vanessa Broderick a service advisor and she is wonderful, she is so friendly and made me feel very welcome. She has such a pleasant personality and she always had a smile on her face. Because of this interaction and positive experience I will definitely consider purchasing and servicing a car from this dealership and will pass along my experience with everyone I know. I got my corolla hybrid from this dealership. I was told 4 month waiting time, but then they faced the chip inventory problem, so that it took me 9 month until I get my corolla hybrid le. Honestly, it was frustrating. But the good point is, every time that I checked for any update Mehdi Bonakdarzadeh and Toni were doing their part.they were polite and always trying to help. During that 9 month period they always came with other options that they had available to make this waiting time as short as possible. Long story short, this is a happy customer from this dealership.
